The foundation for this book was formed over my years of leading various organizations. A national recognized Graduate School of Management, A community bank the evolved into an international financial institution and a 1000 acre residential country club community that hosted NCAA and the Bing Crosby Charity Golf Tournament.
While those organizations helped establish the core thinking for Reality Check Leadership (RCL) it was the hotel business that created the frustrations and challenges that lead to my current thinking.
Incredibly high employee turnover, low performance behavior and managerial burnout were always considered constraints that we in the hospitality industry had to live with. No more—With (RCL) those impossible situations become solvable problems.
