I had the opportunity to read this book a few weeks ago. I liked, no, really liked this book. Finally, an industry-specific book with pertinent information about how to maximize leadership performance. Reality Check for Leaders demonstrates how to apply this very workable theory of human behavior by using real life situations. This book is now on all of my department heads ‘to do’ lists. One of the best parts of this informative book is that it reads like a novel, so learning comes through observation. A fun and exciting reading experience. Do yourself a favor, get this one for your personal library. Leah Heilman, General Manager, Hampton Inn and Suites
